Hi, what you write here about being time is beautiful. I have recently experienced this, having just come from a retreat. Now, "back on the playing field", I am so much more effective.

I also like your idea of using NVC to look at the need aspect in regards to taking a retreat.

At the beginning of this year I made a commitment to myself to go on a retreat every month. So far I have kept my agreement and am reaping the benefits of it.

Thank you for echoing my own experience!

I like the RAP idea. That can be applied to so many different areas of life.

Also, there is such opportunity in the "downturn", as there is in everything. Using RAP we can see the opportunities better.

Great post, I agree. I think a great addition that might help others would be learning how to outsource.

Just found and followed you on Twitter. Collaboration and awakened entrepreneurs are on my mind these days as I plan The Self-Employment Telesummit. (No link, cuz this is not about promoting it.)

The telesummit is about changing the context of self-employment from isolation, competition, and overwhelm to collaboration, resource-sharing, and ease. I think we have a lot to talk about. )
