		<description>Hi,  what you write here about being time is beautiful.  I have recently experienced this, having just come from a retreat.  Now, &quot;back on the playing field&quot;, I am so much more effective.

I also like your idea of using NVC to look at the need aspect in regards to taking a retreat.    

At the beginning of this year I made a commitment to myself to go on a retreat every month.  So far I have kept my agreement and am reaping the benefits of it.
